World Leader in Fractional Aircraft Ownership Retains Partnerships with Longchamp and Quarter Horse (AQHA) Organizations
The National Thoroughbred Racing Association (NTRA), Breeders' Cup Limited and NetJets today announced that the New Jersey-based private aviation company had renewed its marketing partnership with the NTRA/Breeders' Cup.
Under the agreement, NetJets will continue as title sponsor of the $1.5 million NetJets Breeders' Cup Mile, and as title sponsor of the NetJets Mile Division. The mile turf race is contested each fall as part of the $14 million Breeders' Cup World Thoroughbred Championships and telecast on NBC in the United States and by various networks in more than 150 countries. This year, the Breeders' Cup will be held Oct. 29 at Belmont Park in Elmont, N.Y.
NetJets will continue its relationship with the historic Curragh Racecourse in Ireland by sponsoring a race during the Irish Derby Festival Weekend, June 26
th-27th. It will also continue as title sponsor of the NetJets Prix du Moulin de Longchamp, France's premier mile race which will run September 4
th; and partner with Baden-Baden in Germany.
NetJets will continue as an official partner of the American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA) and have a presence at various AQHA events around the U.S. The AQHA has maintained a strategic alliance with the NTRA since the NTRA's inception in 1998.

The NTRA is a broad-based coalition of horseracing interests, including the American Quarter Horse Association, charged with increasing popularity of horseracing and improving economic conditions for industry participants. The NTRA and Breeders' Cup Limited also administer the Breeders' Cup World Thoroughbred Championships, Thoroughbred racing's year-end Championships consisting of eight races and $14 million in purses and awards, and the Breeders' Cup Stakes Program.
