NetJets Aviation Flight Attendants Ratify Contract
Overwhelming Majority Vote in Favor of New Agreement

  Columbus, OH – October 19, 2005 –NetJets Aviation (NJA) today announced that it had received notification that its flight attendants had approved the contract negotiated last month.  An overwhelming majority of flight attendants voted to ratify the tentative agreement reached September 15 by NJA and the flight attendants’ union.  NJA flight attendants are represented by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters through the Airline Division, Local 284.

  The new contract includes an increase in flight attendant salaries and the payment of a bonus, the recognition of flight attendant seniority, enhanced grievance and arbitration provisions, and a comprehensive scope clause.

  "We have expressed to the flight attendant executive council our sincere congratulations and interest in teaming to cooperatively operate in a manner consistent with this new agreement," said Bill Boisture, NetJets Aviation president. "This is a good contract for our flight attendants and for NetJets and has set the stage for a long term positive relationship with one of our premiere front line employee groups."

  NetJets Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of NetJets Inc. The operations center is located in Columbus, Ohio.  All aircraft, with the exception of the Gulfstream and BBJ fleets, offered by NetJets in the United States are operated by NetJets Aviation.
