The services package, known as the PennVet VIP Program, is available effective immediately to Owners in the NetJets U.S. fractionally owned aircraft program. NetJets U.S. Owners will receive a dedicated telephone number that provides 24-hour access to consultations with veterinary professionals of the Matthew J. Ryan Veterinary Hospital at the University of Pennsylvania. The program covers dogs, cats and exotics. Services provided will include:
- Emergency veterinary advice and referrals
- General veterinary advice
- Scheduling veterinary exams, including one complimentary “wellness” appointment per year for each registered pet
- Assistance in securing second opinions
- Information on vaccinations
- Contact information for local veterinary hospitals and specialists when away from home
- Consultations with Owners’ veterinarians.
