NetJets Inc. Appoints Peter S. Richards as Chief Financial Officer
Woodbridge, NJ – January 12, 2007 – NetJets Inc. today announced the appointment of Peter S. Richards to the post of chief financial officer.  Mr. Richards will report directly to Chairman and CEO Richard Santulli.

Mr. Santulli welcomed Mr. Richards’ appointment, “Pete has demonstrated that he has the ability, dedication and professionalism to take charge of NetJets’ finances during our next phase of growth.  I am confident that we have the right team to ensure sustained financial growth while maintaining our position as the leader in private aviation, and strengthening our commitment to safety and customer service.”

Mr. Richards joined NetJets as corporate controller in 1998, to assist with developing NetJets’ financial infrastructure following its acquisition by Berkshire Hathaway Inc.  Prior to joining NetJets, he served as an audit senior manager with KPMG LLP, serving NetJets as a primary client.  Mr. Richards is a graduate of The Ohio State University.
