If you are selected for an interview with NetJets Aviation you will be contacted by our recruiting department to coordinate interview dates, travel, and hotel accommodations.

Upon arriving at the NetJets Operations Center in Columbus, OH the candidate selection process will be conducted over two days.


Day One:

• Attend a briefing about NetJets that includes a question and answer session
• Take a technical test
• Interview with two separate panels
• Drug screening and background check information.
• Take a tour of the NetJets operating center

Day Two:

• Logbook review
• Simulator evaluation
