b) Promotional Period: Start of Promotion: November 1st, 2019, End of Promotion: March 31st, 2020
c) Not available on Peak Period Days
d) Promotion applied if >8h block time total is flown during off-peak
e) Promotion applied from May 2020 billing (April 2020 account statement), across all flights in NJE Request Program
f) Geographical restriction within NJE program (i.e. restricted to departing or landing in NJE POA)
g) Retroactively credit 10% value of hours flown (including the first 8h block hours) to the contract Allotted Hours. Added hours to be charged fuel and incidentals as per customers contract.
h) Does not apply for flights within NJUS
i) Long Range Cabin (G6000, G550, or G5000) requests (including those by Long Range Cabin Customers) are excluded from Off-Peak promotion
j) All other requested upgrades/downgrades during the Off-Peak period benefit towards promotion and are interchanged at standard OHF and interchange rates
