The HERO World Challenge
The exclusive setting of Albany attracts the world’s top-ranked golfers for the Hero World Challenge year after year. Held annually in December, only the top 18 PGA TOUR® players in the world are invited to compete at the championship course. In 2019, NetJets welcomed Owners and guests to play in a Saturday evening poker tournament, with all proceeds benefiting Tiger Woods’ TGR Foundation.
NEXUS Cup
Albany created the NEXUS Luxury Collection, a portfolio of luxury leisure assets that includes NEXUS Club New York, and a private membership club located in the heart of New York City. NEXUS Club New York sponsors the NEXUS Cup, an exclusive annual amateur golf event hosted by Tiger Woods and played at Liberty National Golf Club. Last year during the event, NetJets sponsored a hole-in-one challenge and a branded bar featuring our onboard bourbon, Buffalo Trace®.

Albany Pro-Am Classic
This members-only golf tournament hosted by Albany is played at their 18-hole championship golf course, designed by Ernie Els. At last year’s event, NetJets offered a hole-in-one challenge where members could compete for a prize of 10 flight hours on an Embraer Phenom 300. The night before play began, NetJets Owners were welcomed aboard a yacht supplied by Northrop & Johnson®, the premier authority in yachting.
