How It Works
With the purchase of a 25-hour or 50-hour Marquis Jet Card®, you receive guaranteed complimentary upgrades on 5 flight hours for every 25 purchased. The complimentary upgrade hours are available for the term of the Card and can be used on one or more flights. There is no limit to the number of Cards that can be purchased with the promotion.

Terms and Conditions
• The Jet Card Complimentary Upgrade is available for Cards purchased on or after September 1, 2016 and is not retroactive for Cards purchased prior to that date.
• Fuel for the complimentary upgrade hours is invoiced at the less expensive rate for the aircraft type on the Card owned (not the aircraft type flown).
• The complimentary upgrade hours are not available for use on up to 40 blackout days per year.
• For the complimentary upgrade hours, Owners can request an upgrade to an even larger aircraft type (subject to availability), paying the Aircraft Exchange Rate from the complimentary upgrade aircraft type to the larger aircraft type.
• Provided Card Owner has at least 0.1 Upgrade Hours remaining, the Upgrade Aircraft shall be guaranteed, however in the event Card Owner's flight is of longer duration than the number of remaining Upgrade Hours, flight hours in excess of the Upgrade Hours will be billed at the applicable exchange ratio from the Aircraft to the Upgrade Aircraft.
• Unused complimentary upgrade hours do not carry over to a subsequent Jet Card purchase.
