Super Celebration Lands Winning Results
Operations Focuses on Finest Details
The New England Patriots and Los Angeles Rams weren’t the only teams to hit Atlanta for the big game earlier this month. NetJets employees both on the ground and in the air ensured the 2019 Super Celebration was an exceptional experience to remember.
Similar to the players on the field and coaches on the sidelines, preparations at NetJets for the football championship began months in advance. A strategic planning group gathered this past spring to begin the process of selecting a fixed-base operator (FBO) to serve as the NetJets Super Celebration operational center.
From the specially curated inflight menu featuring Atlanta-based culinary delights to the exclusive use of an FBO and the pre-celebration event and performance by Lynyrd Skynyrd, our goal was to create an exceptional travel experience from the moment a flight was booked.
Eric Lampert, Vice President of Owner Experience Operations, NetJetsWe use years of historical data to seamlessly plan for the largest-scale event we have all year. Exceeding the expectations of our Owners and delivering on-time flights is priority number one during the entire process.
