How It All Began
Shortly after, the duo met Kirk Venge, who was named “one of the top 20 winemakers in the world” by Food & Wine magazine in 2005. Kirk’s 37 years of dedicated experience, commitment to excellence, and shared passion for incredible wine made him the ideal winemaker for B Cellars.
The B Cellars Experience
Enjoy a highly customized, memorable wine and food pairing experience among the world’s most well-known wineries on Oakville Cross Road. The estate includes a sophisticated production facility, vineyards, caves for barrel storage and tours, and a Hospitality House that features an interactive, open hearth kitchen and welcoming seating. Food pairings are bite-sized portions that are prepared in the moment. Each one is created from scratch by their team of culinary experts to accentuate the flavor of the signature wine it is thoughtfully paired with.
A Lasting Commitment
The memorable B Cellars name and logo represent an all-seasons commitment to creating extraordinary wines. The letter “b” and the degree symbol give a nod to Brix, which is a way to measure the potential alcohol content of a wine before it’s made by determining the sugar level in grapes.
