On-board every NetJets flight we offer impeccable service alongside a carefully curated, high-quality dining experience. Our menus are constructed to provide you with a healthy and delicious range of meals using only the finest local ingredients and produce. Curated by our in-house Head Chef, they are designed to perfectly suit your individual needs and desires, fuelling you for what lies ahead.

Alongside our meals, we provide a carefully selected range of on-board wines. Our new wine menu offers a number of excellent wines chosen for their elegance, intensity, weight and complexity. Each wine represents a classic style from a world famous wine region and is ideal as a drink in its own right, or as the perfect complement to a meal.

Castello Del Terriccio, Tassinaia 2014

Tasting note: This mid-weight, juicy, aromatic and savoury wine offers notes of sweet red cherry, plum, mint and rose petal, finely layered with sweet spices. An impeccably balanced wine.

Background: Castello del Terriccio is a large, rambling estate, beautifully situated in the north of
Maremma in Tuscany. Situated on 60 hectares of hillside vineyards overlooking the sea, giving them
wonderful exposure and ensuring a unique microclimate at the property; as a result, the wines have wonderful freshness as well as notable complexity and nuance, and exceptional balance.

Vinification, Fermentation and Maturation: Gently pressed, 50% fermented in stainless steel;
50% in barrel with malolactic fermentation; one week of fermentation, two weeks of
maceration. The wine stays on lees for six months before bottling.

Clos St Antonin, Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2017

Tasting note: Damson plum, raspberry coulis and concentrated fruit flavours explode on the palate with a savoury fullness and a deeply set raspberry, mulberry fruit liqueur and kirsch flavour.

Background: In late 2014, the well-established respected Domaine de la Janasse’s Sabon family bought a domaine in Jonquières Ferme Saint Antonin covering 15 hectares of vineyards and Clos St Antonin was born.
The 2015 vintage was the first vinified by the Sabon family with the same eye for detail and quality as they bring to their Domaine de la Janasse wines.

Vinification, Fermentation and Maturation: 80% destemmed, 24-day vinification with cap punchings in aged large barrels; aged in used 228-litre; 600-litre oak casks for 12 months; unfined, filtered.

Les Belles Dames 2017 – Sancerre White

Tasting note: Although the wine has aged in oak, the character and freshness of the grapes
varietal remain very distinct. Sancerre is well known for its fresh, vibrant and fruity taste.

Background: Sancerre is different from the Sauvignon Blancs of the USA or New Zealand. Sancerre tends to be ‘greener’, with a long, searing acidity that astonishes your taste buds; the perfect accompaniment to dishes such as goat’s cheeses and fish.

Vinification, Fermentation and Maturation: Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeast for 9 months into 600 litres (also called “Foudre” oak barrels). Soft racking and clarification using natural methods.

Tyler, Santa Barbara County Chardonnay 2016

Tasting note: Aromas of honeyed citrus, white flowers and struck match. Elegantly glossy,
medium-bodied and pure, with lovely cut and a chalky, mouth-watering finish.

Background: Justin Willett of Tyler is one of the most exciting winemakers in the world and his reputation continues to grow. His wines receive stellar reviews and scores. He is crafting superb, Burgundian-style Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays from some of the finest vineyards in California. Since his first vintage in 2005, his wines have become a reference for the new wave of restrained, nuanced winemaking.

Vinification, Fermentation and Maturation: Fermented in a combination of 228L and 500L
barrels, less than 10% new, full malolactic fermentation. On lees in a barrel for 10 months
with no stirring, then racked to tank for another four months. Filtered but not fined.
