Our long-standing caterer partnerships, some averaging 25+ years, are built on mutual respect. At the heart of these relationships is communication. Unique to NetJets, we provide every catering vendor with a NetJets spec book. This ensures expectations are met and provides consistency across 2,000+ suppliers. During the pandemic, we meet regularly with vendors to share best practices and review any additional safety steps necessary, such as creating set schedules for food contact surfaces to be regularly sanitised.

The meals we serve are specifically selected and seasoned for enjoyment mid-flight. Our Signature Selections Menu items reflect regional specialities that taste as good as they look, even at 41,000 feet.
HOLDING AVIATION CATERING TO THE HIGHEST STANDARDS
Even prior to the pandemic, NetJets ensured the highest standards of food safety were met, with strict auditing and assessment processes already in place for all our catering vendors. These standards have continued to be met throughout the pandemic, with all in-flight meals served within self-contained packaging materials such as sealed bamboo boxes, reducing contact for onboard service.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION PARTNERSHIPS
NetJets only partners with the top ground transportation providers in the industry. Like NetJets, they are taking specific measures to increase safety and cleanliness. For example, prior to each rental, every car is cleaned and disinfected using enhanced techniques, with special attention given to interior customer touch points.
One of the ways we are able to adjust our in-flight offerings during COVID-19 is by leveraging our exclusive Signature Selections Menu. This seasonal, location-based menu is highly agile and enables us to now offer more individual trays rather than shared group trays.

The maintenance performed on the aircraft is only accomplished by the respective aircraft manufacturers or approved Service Centres, which is monitored through our approved continuing airworthiness processes and supported by a structured audit programme conducted by our Quality and Compliance Teams.
