We listen to our Owners and develop improvements to better serve their needs—while making it easier than ever for new Owners to partner with us. ONE-HOUR MINIMUM WAIVEDIt has always been industry practice to charge a one-hour minimum for flight time. After learning that our Owners often use NetJets for quick 45-minute trips, we removed our one-hour minimum for the Phenom 300, Citation XLS, and Latitude fleets. Our Owners now pay for their actual flight time within all of our programs. By doing this, NetJets is reshaping what the industry offers.
NEW IN-HOUSE FINANCINGLeveraging our strength and financial stability has allowed us to offer new Owners a holistic and simple solution for purchasing a NetJets ShareTM. Depending on the desired aircraft type, NetJets Direct FinancingTM offers a low fixed-rate payment solution. This significantly reduces upfront costs and simplifies the application process. We are proud to share that NetJets is the first and only fractional operator to do this.
COMPREHENSIVE GLOBAL TRAVELInterchanging flight hours to fly with NetJets in Europe used to consist of a complex range of variables, including multiple interchange tables. We’ve streamlined upfront costs and billing with a single exchange rate (multiplied by 15% or 25%, depending on the aircraft). We also understand our Owners don’t want to diminish their flight hours to go overseas. Our new Transatlantic Program, made possible by our fleet size, offers Owners a flat fee. Owner feedback proves that they appreciate our cost predictability over the hidden fees of competitors.
ALL-INCLUSIVE CARD PRICINGWhile the minimal upfront cost and lack of a long-term commitment connected with our NetJets CardTM are already attractive, we improved the card’s appeal further by ensuring that the cost of previous add-ons, such as in-flight dining and fuel, are now included. This stronger pricing model offers predictability and transparency that we know our Owners expect.
ENHANCED FERRY WAIVER PROGRAMPreviously, an Owner would have incurred repositioning fees (known as ferry fees) when taking a Phenom 300 or Citation XLS from the Collective Service Area (contiguous U.S. and select cities in Canada) to countries in Central America, such as Belize and Costa Rica. Because of the size and scale of our fleet and our global operations, Owners can now fly anywhere in North America (except Hawaii) and Central America on any aircraft, and ferry fees are waived.
EXPENDED BROKERAGE FEESFor a limited time, NetJets will cover the brokerage fee when a whole aircraft owner is transitioning with QS Partners to a NetJets 75-hour share (or greater). This unique savings opportunity will encourage whole aircraft owners interested in shared ownership to experience the NetJets advantage.
