Visionary Leaders

Adam has served as Chairman and CEO of NetJets since June 2015. During his 25-year tenure at NetJets, his many leadership roles have included President of Global Sales, Marketing and Service; Senior Vice President of NetJets Administrative Services; Senior Vice President of Logistics; and Executive Director of the NetJets Aviation Flight Center. He received a bachelor’s degree in business management from The Ohio State University and is a licensed pilot.

Having previously led the company’s Sales, Marketing and Owner Services divisions, in 2024, he was named the President of NetJets Aviation, and now oversees the strategic direction, vision, and ongoing growth of the industry-leading aviation brand. He understands the unique needs of private aviation clients and continuously works with an established executive leadership team to provide exceptional experiences for NetJets Owners. 

Prior to joining the company, Patrick was Executive Vice President, Head of Sales at Marquis Jet Partners, where he was instrumental in the sale of Marquis Jet to NetJets. He previously held sales and management positions at Jet Aviation and United Airlines. 

An Ohio native, Patrick received a bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University.

A pilot for more than 30 years, Alan pursued a career in aviation after purchasing his first airplane at 19 years old. Born and raised in Georgia, he worked as a flight instructor, ag pilot, and air ambulance pilot before joining NetJets as a First Officer in 2001. He quickly moved up the ranks to become a Captain and Chief Pilot of the Global fleet before transitioning to leadership positions, creating a nearly 20-year tenure with the brand.

In 2014, Alan was named Director of Operations, and two years later he took on the role of Executive Vice President of Operations. He was recently promoted to Chief Operating Officer, leading all Crewmembers and overseeing Flight Operations. His nearly 3,000 Employees span positions in maintenance, training, dispatch, meteorology, scheduling, and safety.

Jim began his career as a financial analyst and has held positions in Strategic Planning and Analysis, New Business Development, and Sales. In 2024, Jim joined the Executive Leadership Team and continues to focus on the needs of the customer while delivering the convenience of private jet travel in a simplified, cost-efficient way. 

Jim holds a bachelor's degree in finance from The Ohio State University. 

Ram joined NetJets in 2023 as Vice President of Software Engineering for Flight Operations. One year later, he was promoted to the Executive Leadership Team and now oversees all global information technology and cybersecurity functions.  

Prior to joining NetJets, Ram spent 10 years at JPMorganChase in key technology leadership positions across consumer, commercial, and asset-management business units. Additionally, he spent 15 years at Lumen Technologies managing large multisite global teams, driving technology and business transformations. His extensive experience in technology is complemented by his strong educational foundation in engineering and business. 

Ram has an executive MBA from The Ohio State University and a master’s in engineering from Old Dominion University in Virginia.

Prior to joining the Executive Leadership Team in 2024, Mindy was the Chief Administrative Officer for FlightSafety International for four years, responsible for Administrative Operations, Communications, Customer Experience, Human Resources, Legal & Compliance, Information Security, Information Technology, Procurement, and Real Estate & Facilities.

She attributes her vast aviation experience to two stints at NetJets—once from 2008-2010 and again from 2016-2020. She also led teams at Omnicare, a CVS Health Company; Luxottica Retail; L Brands; and Motorola.

Mindy was named to the “Top 50 Women Chief Administrative Officers” by Women We Admire in 2024 and 2025, and the “2016 Top 15 Women in Business in Ohio” by the National Diversity Council. She has a bachelor’s degree in communications from Bowling Green State University.

Brad joined NetJets in 2017 as Deputy General Counsel. Two years later, he was promoted to EVP of Administrative Services and now leads NetJets’ Global Procurement, Global Security, Audit, Risk, Labor Relations, and Legal teams that span operations in the United States and Europe. 

Prior to joining NetJets, Brad was a Partner at an Ohio-based law firm, where he focused on complex federal and state litigation. His strong background in serving others has translated into his greater focus on the strategy and direction of NetJets Inc.—primarily working to create exceptional experiences for internal team members.

Since joining the Executive Leadership Team, Brittany is responsible for overseeing hundreds of team members who plan, coordinate, and confirm every aspect of a flight to deliver an exceptional and memorable experience.  

Previously, Brittany held manager and director positions in Sales. She holds a bachelor’s degree in strategic communication from The Ohio State University.  

In his role, Doug is responsible for the entire lifecycle of the fleet: purchase of new aircraft fleets, the execution of a fleet plan that maintains NetJets’ industry leadership, and the maintenance of all aircraft within the United States.

Doug joined NetJets in 1993 as a Flight Manager and during his tenure served as Scheduler, Director of Strategic Planning & Business Development, Vice President of Systems Operation Center, and Senior Vice President of Scheduling and Logistics. These positions gave him the opportunity to learn the business holistically from the inside out. 

Doug received a bachelor’s degree in aviation from The Ohio State University.

Kelly’s background in consumer behavior and understanding led her to a career in marketing, working with several different companies, including American Greetings, PepsiCo, Eli Lily, Proctor & Gamble, and Victoria’s Secret before joining NetJets in 2013.

Today, Kelly’s heralding of the company’s identity is one of the many reasons 95% of Owners return to NetJets year after year. 

Kelly attended Cleveland State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology and a master’s in psychology. 

After joining NetJets in 1995, he flew for more than two decades while simultaneously holding positions within Training, Government Relations, and Safety. In 2020, Richard took his skill set to FlightSafety International as Executive Vice President, Safety, Courseware, and Compliance, where he was responsible for all worldwide safety programs.

In 2024, he returned to NetJets' global headquarters in Columbus, Ohio, to join the Executive Leadership Team. Now, he liaises with Owners, employees, and original equipment manufacturers on the utmost importance of our first and highest priority—safety.

Richard received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Additionally, he spent nine years as an adjunct associate professor at his alma mater, teaching online courses on safety program management and corporate aviation operations.

Pete joined the company in 1998 as Corporate Controller, and has since served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer. Before joining NetJets, Richards served as Senior Manager – Assurance at the international accounting firm KPMG LLP, in Columbus, OH, working with clients in the aviation, manufacturing, retail, distribution, and professional services industries. Pete is a summa cum laude graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, a Certified Public Accountant, and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. He is on the Advisory Board to the Chairman of the Accounting and MIS Department at Ohio State's Fisher College of Business and was a founding board member and Treasurer of the NetJets Family Foundation.

As the VP, Inflight & Global 5 Senses, Annika brings a global perspective to leading our passionate team of Flight Attendants. She honed her inflight skills as a Cabin Crewmember, Line Trainer, Service Instructor, and Manager for over 18 years at NetJets' Europe headquarters before relocating to NetJets' global headquarters in Columbus, Ohio, joining the Executive Leadership Team in 2025. In addition to her work with our Flight Attendants, she also leads the Global 5 Senses Team—ensuring every detail of our aircraft reflects the NetJets brand.

Annika has an MBA in aviation from the University Guido Carli (Luiss Business School) and earned a Train-the-Trainer certificate from Ecole hôtelière de Laussane—recognized worldwide for developing professionals in luxury service.

He joined the company in 2000 as Chief Technology Officer, leading the implementation, design, and development of the IntelliJet 2 system. In 2004, Bram joined the business side of NetJets as Vice President of Scheduling, responsible for the implementation and development of the scheduling function and the operations planning and analysis functions. He’s held his current role as Executive Vice President of BI&A since 2015. Prior to joining NetJets, Bram was with Cambridge Technology Partners, a fast-growing, publicly traded technology consulting firm, where he served in a variety of business and technology-related leadership roles.

A native of Kampen, the Netherlands, he has extensively traveled Europe and worked in the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, and Italy. Bram holds an Engineering degree in Software Development from the Hogeschool Enschede as well as a degree in Business Administration.
