UPDATES TO THE NETJETS MARQUIS CARD PROGRAM
On March 27, 2020, President Trump signed the $2 trillion CARES Act that contains relief from the 7.5% air transportation federal excise tax (FET) through Dec. 31, 2020. And at NetJets, the benefits of this stimulus plan will be passed directly to our customers.
Through year end, FET will be removed from all of our jet cards and unused balances flown next year will not be subject to FET. Because our card products are inclusive of FET and fuel, this tax relief and current low fuel costs have allowed for reductions in the total cost of our Marquis Cards. And given the significant scale of our fleet, we are also now able to offer new jet card options to help meet today’s unique travel needs—including the addition of two of our best-selling aircraft, the Cessna Citation Latitude and Bombardier Challenger 350.

Zero Positioning Fees
While many providers charge a fee for repositioning aircraft, NetJets Marquis CardTM Owners will fly ferry-free within the Collective Service Area or when flying between the Collective Service Area and many of the most popular international destinations.
